Warm up by walking in place or using a step or curb to do step-ups for 2 minutes.
The instructor in this video goes pretty quickly. Personally, I would do these exercises at least half as slowly as she goes. Maybe pause the video to finish the reps. Adjust the exercises to your fitness level and protect your back.
